Mag­num 4D Fam­ily Day @ Cameron High­lands, Pahang

The Ice Cream Events crew were at the clients Head­quar­ters at 6.30am to wait for their arrival, brief and group them up on their respec­tive buses before head­ing to Cameron High­lands. To our sur­prise, it was eas­ier than we thought and the client’s along­side their fam­ily mem­bers were very sup­port­ive and easy to guide.

The 3 buses left the Mag­num Cor­po­ra­tion Head­quar­ters at 7.45am and we reached our first des­ti­na­tion which was the Bharat Tea Plan­ta­tion at 11.15am due to some unseen emer­gency stops and heavy traf­fic along the way climb­ing up. The peo­ple enjoyed hav­ing some tea and cakes while some oth­ers were busy run­ning around tak­ing pho­tos and explor­ing the tea plan­ta­tion. We wrapped up from the tea plan­ta­tion at 11.50am to head for lunch.

Lunch was served at Ferm Nyona Restau­rant which was located at Tanah Rata, 15 min­utes away from the hotel. We took the group for lunch before check­ing in the hotel as the client requested to try a dif­fer­ent venue. It was a sit down 7 course freshly pre­pared lunch meal and every­one indulged in.

We then grouped them and boarded the bus to head for check-​in at the hotel. Right after check­ing in, the Mag­num Cor­po­ra­tion group was given some free and easy time and we met back at the hotel lobby to head to the night mar­ket located at Brin­chang. It was a good expe­ri­ence not only for the par­tic­i­pants but also our mar­shals as most of us had not been to this night mar­ket before. It was a taste­ful expe­ri­ence up on the hilly grounds as there were fresh straw­ber­ries, corn, honey, fruits and many other deli­cious types of food ready to be served. We all had our per­sonal space to shop, eat and take­away before meet­ing back at the bus. We then went back to the hotel to indulge in a well set steam­boat buf­fet dinner.

The sec­ond day, we grouped every­one up after break­fast for a group photo in front of the tallest ther­mome­ter buildup in Malaysia and then headed out to Cameron Laven­der Garden,Tringkap for a visit. At the farm there was also a lot of fresh straw­ber­ries and flow­ers, to our sur­prise they served laven­der ice cream and our crew could not resist this cre­ation! It was indeed deli­cious and a good expe­ri­ence for all of us.

We left the farm and we gave the guests a free and easy 1 hour period before we all regrouped at the hotel for check-​out and lunch. The jour­ney over­all was pleas­ant and every­one had fun includ­ing the Ice Cream Events crew and we have only our clients to thank for this lovely short getaway.
