Our lovely data clients that we dated landed us the event man­age­ment in Kuala Lumpur con­tract to map out their two entity merg­ing cel­e­bra­tion by car­ry­ing out a team build­ing (indoor & out­door) which had a par­tic­i­pa­tion of 100 folks. We also helped man­age their din­ner event.

Once again, our lovely clients that awarded us with the event man­age­ment in Malaysia con­tract to plan their fam­ily day which sur­pris­ingly had a stag­ger­ing 120 peo­ple par­tic­i­pa­tion. We took them for a 2 days 1 night stay at Cameron High­lands and lodged at Copthorne Hotel, Brinchang.

The pur­pose of this event was to get up close and per­sonal with all the mem­bers in the MyTeksi’s fam­ily tree. There were a lot of joy, smiles, laugh­ter and a lit­tle bit of sad­ness con­cocted with mix emo­tions all around, yet that didn’t seem to con­strain the mass from hav­ing a good time.

Ice Cream Events was given the chance to map-​out a full amaz­ing race for the musi­cally enthu­si­ast team in KL. We had many cre­ative peo­ple come on that day to wit­ness and par­tic­i­pate in their respec­tive teams that led all the way from Kuala Lumpur-​TTDI to Port Dickson-​Suara Ombak where the amaz­ing race ended.
